Family Travel Adjustments During COVID

Our family usually travels multiple times a year, but the last year has made us adjust accordingly.

A lot of travelers are still a bit leery about flying, but let’s not rule out road trips. Grab a map and look at the cities around you!  Attractions are slowly opening and some with adjusted hours. If you’re not ready to deal with the crowds, try finding a location that doesn’t require you to be mobile to enjoy it.

For example, a vacation rental on the lake or on the beach. This doesn’t have to be expensive, and gives the family a different scene. Vacation rentals are great lodging options when traveling with the family.

You can treat is as your home away from home. The rentals are usually clean, but we take our cleaning supplies as well.

We plan our meals and try to take most of the dry ingredients/ snacks with us. It helps to map out what stores are near to determine how much we need to bring with us.

Take your board games, outdoor toys, and whatever you think will keep the family entertained at your location.

Sightseeing the city from your car is a safe optionJ

We are available to assist in customizing a trip for you and your group.

Let’s get back to travel!
